Hospital-wide standardization
With the Infinity Delta monitor series, standardization without compromise is a reality. Finally, all departments can have what they need to support their complete monitoring requirements – all with the same monitor. You determine your specific requirements, including parameter choices, waveform colors and positions, and alarm limits – either by patient or throughout your unit. Infinity Docking Stations can store these settings, so all monitors docked on them can reflect your configuration choices automatically. Infinity Delta supports acute care environments.
The Delta has a 10.4-inch (264mm) color screen and displays 5 channels standard (up to 8 optional). The Delta XL has a 12.2-inch (310mm) color screen and displays 5 channels standard (up to 8 optional).
Pick and Go® supports transport efficiency
Infinity Delta and Delta XL incorporates Dräger’s patented Pick and Go® technology, which enables this bedside monitor to double as a transport monitor within the hospital. Infinity monitors provide seamless wired to wireless networking, so surveillance can be continuous. There’s no waiting for a transport monitor. No disconnection or reconnection of leads. No gaps in monitoring or data acquisition. As a result, all parameters that were monitored at the bedside can continue to be monitored on transport.

Parameters scale to the patient's needs
Infinity Delta and Delta XL can display a full set of vital parameters – including 3-, 5-, 6- and 12-lead ECG, respiration, ST segment analysis, etCO2, BISx™, EEG, multiple temperatures, invasive and noninvasive blood pressure and full arrhythmia. It can help improve efficiency with advanced respiratory mechanics measurements, vertical and horizontal cursors, and drug calculations.
Seamless wired-to-wireless networking
Infinity Delta and Delta XL monitors can be networked, moving seamlessly from wired at the bedside to wireless for easy patient transport. Patient information collected at the bedside and on transport can flow through the Infinity Network to the Infinity CentralStation for central surveillance and to the Innovian® patient data management system for automatic charting. Infinity Delta and Delta XL supports a state-of-the-art wireless card that offers enhanced security (WPA2) and Wi-Fi (820.11g) technology for wider bandwidth. With Dräger, you can take advantage of the Infinity OneNet architecture – an innovative shared infrastructure approach that integrates patient monitoring systems into existing hospital-wide wired and wireless networks, rather than requiring a separate network.
Infinity Docking Station
Provides power, network connectivity and departmental screen configuration preferences while the monitored is docked in that care area.
Refurbished Draeger Infinity C700 for IT Workstation
The Infinity C700 for IT combines a CPU with a 20-inch touchscreen color display designed for use at the patient vicinity. The widescreen format offers a large viewing angle for increased visibility, while the Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) touchscreen technology provides high image clarity with a sturdy all-glass panel that is ideal for hygienic environments.
The 20-inch widescreen format makes it easy to display information in a split screen presentation, while the fan-less design reduces dust and noise level. The Infinity C700 for IT supports clinical decision-making as either a patient-vicinity PC or as the widescreen component of the Infinity Omega solution.
Refurbished Infinity Kappa Monitor
Flexible bedside monitoring
The Infinity Kappa is a stationary, vital signs monitor that supports all patient types, acuity levels and care areas. Intended for fixed monitoring at the bedside, the standard monitor includes a CPU base unit that is compatible with standard medical-grade, flat-panel displays. The Kappa has a built-in power supply and networking card, which enables the monitor to be used as a standalone device or part of the Infinity Network and can be connected to third-party medical devices when equipped with the Advanced Communication and MIB option. The Kappa displays 5 channels standard (up to 8 optional).

Refurbished Capnostream 20 Bedside Capnography Monitor
Respiratory information when you need it
Addressing respiratory compromise begins with detecting it — the earlier the better. Continuous monitoring of pulse oximetry and capnography provide important indicators to changes in oxygenation and ventilation, two key factors in identifying respiratory compromise early.
The Capnostream™ 20p bedside capnography monitor delivers a broad range of respiratory status information and alarm management. It’s designed to help enhance patient safety and clinical outcomes by doing the following:
- Offering an early indication of respiratory compromise
- Measuring etCO2, SpO2, pulse rate, and respiration rate and incorporating these measurements into a single number representing an inclusive respiratory profile with the Integrated Pulmonary Index™ algorithm
- Tracking and reporting apneas per hour (A/hr) and the oxygen desaturation index (ODI), which indicates “dips” in SpO2 via the Apnea-Sat Alert™ algorithm
- Storing up to 72 hours of trend data
- Offering multiple options for remote connectivity to offer you a complete picture of oxygenation and ventilation
Designed to reduce alarms and simplify monitoring
Our suite of algorithms is engineered to reduce alarms and simplify capnography monitoring. Algorithms like the Smart Alarm for Respiratory Analysis™ algorithm (SARA) are engineered to reduce insignificant or “nuisance” alarms by 53 percent.
Smart Breath Detection™ (SBD) algorithm
This proprietary filter and pattern recognition algorithm screens out low-amplitude “nonbreath” etCO2 excursions like snoring, talking, or crying, to offer a more reliable respiratory rate.
SARA algorithm
Combined with the SBD algorithm, the SARA algorithm manages breath-to-breath variability. Engineered to reduce the number of nuisance alarms while providing a comprehensive picture of respiratory status.
Nellcor™ SatSeconds alarm management
Calculates duration and severity of events, offering you insights to distinguish between minor or brief desaturations and serious hypoxemia.
Integrated Pulmonary Index™ (IPI) algorithm
Proprietary IPI technology combines four real-time measures — etCO2, SpO2, respiratory rate, and pulse rate — into a single number.
Apnea-Sat Alert™ algorithm
Provides key insights through summary reports of recurring apnea events per hour as well as oxygen desaturations.
Refurbished R50 & R50N Recorders
Compact and versatile, Infinity recorders can quickly and easily print a wide range of patient data. Both the R50 and R50-N recorders let you generate custom reports from Infinity Monitors*, the Infinity Central Station*, or remotely from the Infinity Network.
Choice of two recorders
Dräger offers two thermal recorders that provide documentation of stored events, alarms, waveforms and trends. The Infinity R50 Recorder connects to the Infinity Docking Station or directly to the Infinity monitor, while the Infinity R50-N Recorder connects to the Infinity Network, independent of the patient monitor location. The Infinity Central Station supports the R50-N only.
Print a wide range of patient data
Compact and versatile, Infinity thermal recorders let you quickly and easily print a wide range of patient data.
Choose your print specifications using the easy-to-read menu. Print out patient waveforms, alarms, trend-tables and graphs – plus annotations including bed label, date and time of event, alarm cause and parameter values. Because the recorders have two channels, you can print any two waveforms at once, as well as trend tables, trend graphs, patient annotations and more.
Record alarms
The Infinity R50 and R50-N printers offer three alarm recording operating modes – auto alarm, timed manual or continuous.
*Infinity Acute Care System, Infinity Central Station and Infinity M300 support R50-N only.
Dräger Scio Gas Measurement Modules
Dräger Scio gas measurement modules deliver precise inspiratory and expiratory values for O2, CO2, and anesthetic agents. Agents are automatically recognized, and results are transferred to a Dräger Infinity® patient monitor and displayed both in real time and as derived values. Sampled gas can return to the breathing system on Dräger anesthesia machines to help reduce agent waste and your environmental footprint.
